Meet Our Founder

As a psychoanalyst, I’ve found that people will go to almost any lengths to find answers that will give their lives meaning. But the truth is, each of us carries those answers inside ourselves. That’s why Aristotle believed that “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.”

I encourage many of my clients to keep a journal because it is a proven means of self-discovery that can help them achieve more fulfilling lives. Take a tour of our site to learn how journaling can improve your physical, emotional and spiritual health — and how it can help you have the life you truly want.
